Provides a realistic roadmap for living a better life
Once a therapist recommended this book for one of my friends who was suffering from depression. We all saw her getting better and better by exercising lessons mentioned in the book. So I started reading this book with very high expectations and recommendations and it certainly didn’t disappoint. This book is a BRILLIANT instruction manual for the brain. Further this book has whetted my appetite to read lots more on this subject.

6 personnes sur 6 ont jugé cet avis utile. I just finished reading "Outwitting the Devil" and it is truly inspirational. Not only that it includes golden nuggets of mindsets and patterns you can follow to outwit your own devils and create a successful life. I recommend it for everyone.
