Easy to use and fantastic results!
If your engine is cleaned, or you want it to be, this is the perfect finishing touch. I had the same sort of greying chalkiness on black plastic engine covers, rubber fuel and coolant lines, and small plastic vacuum parts that you might see on bumper rub strips or exterior plastic trim. I don't like that dingy look on a clean car, and didn't appreciate it on my otherwise clean engine. Like "back to black" or other exterior wipe on trim dressings, this product restored a beautiful satin black like-new finish to these engine parts but with a quick spray application. There was no crazy shiny or wet-look appearance, and the product "dries" or soaks in leaving no sticky or oily residue to attract future dirt. The spray application was effortless. Some parts like the alternator housing and cylinder head aluminum castings seemed to have taken on a chalky oxidized look, and with some spraying and attentive wiping this too looks much better. The dressing doesn't have an unpleasant smell, and any runs or over-spray were easily removed with a quick buff from a microfiber towel. Due to the fine aerosol vapors created during application, I recommend only using this product outside and with adequate ventilation. Once everything was touched up to my satisfaction, I noticed I still had 3/4ths of a can remaining. I expect to use this individual product for many years and feel fortunate to have found it...I will definitely purchase another can as a backup!

No more blindspot, No regrets!
This mirror is a nice match for the factory VW blue-tint convex mirror that came as original equipment on the right side of my MkIV Golf vehicle. I am not a fan of the distraction that the "vertical line" on mirrors with only a convex outer edge produces. This mirror does a nice job of eliminating blind spots while minimizing one type of distortion and distraction. This VW driver side convex (never-offered-in the USA) mirror reproduction mimics in every other way the factory mirror it replaces, and both the function of the heated element, and the location of its wire terminals is also a perfect match. The location of these wire terminals is important because the same cannot always be said of competing products (and if the terminals originate from the other end of the mirror, the existing heater wiring is not long enough). Time will tell how this mirror holds up, but unless its life is extremely short, I would buy it again several times over for the price. Very pleasantly surprised!
