Classic and Timeless

CCR at it's finest

This CCR album bring back the memories of a more innocent time when we were trying to make a difference in the world. These war protest songs are still fresh and new even today. Fortunate Son gives a look at the double standard that was present during those times. Senator's kids were exempt from the draft and everyone else was expected to participate. Thankfully those times have changed, but the music still keeps us rockin'

Nostalgia and Romance
The recent death of Dan Fogelberg was a great loss to the music industry. His blend of harmonies in his greatest hits album is his signature. He sang from his soul and you would really feel the emotions from such titles as "Leader of the Band" a touching tribute to his father. We all felt the pangs of former loves and feel it again with "Same Old Lang Syne". But the one that I would call my favorite is the haunting and heart wrenching "Make Love Stay". When all seems right for the moment, according to the song, how can me make that feeling stay around forever? This is a beautiful and lasting tribute to Love and Longing for Love. Longer than there are fishes in the ocean, I am in love with you Dan Fogelberg!
