Thin Bands
15 personnes sur 18 ont jugé cet avis utile. Purchased these bands a few weeks ago. Found them to be thin requiring to use three bands at the same time to increase the resistance. Clasps on the ends are small, making it hard to attach. There was no instruction for helping you get started with an exercise routine. For the money it's OK. These might work OK for a small light weight person who does not want to push themselves a little. I have another set I picked up at Wall Mart for $15.00 and it was far superior, only requiring 1 band to get the same resistance. I work out every day, so I need something that will last. Based on the construction of these I don't think they will last very long.

Inexpensive motion led sensor
This is the second set of these. After a time the contacts corrode and the batteries do not make contact. Also I found the method to secure them to a surface does not always work. Under high heat, say your house gets to hot, the tape gives way and the lights fall. They normally break when they fall depending where you have them installed. I had to put a contact grease on the contacts of this set to keep them working. Hopefully this will do the trick.

Great energy boost
Used while skiing. Took it around noon time every day, gave me the extra boost I needed to finish the day without being beat. Being 70 I need a little extra now and then. Like the Blueberry/Raspberry, did not care for the other flavors.
