My granddaughter picked this dress for our Disney cruise in October. I attempted to fix this with the seller and got a very rude response. I ordered the dress 6 days ago and it still HAS NOT SHIPPED, DO NOT buy from this seller! Waiting on my refund!

Dear diznygramma, We apologize for any miscommunication between us, we were professional and quick to response, we kept you up to date on your item and when we noticed we were out of stock on the dress your granddaughter wanted we immediately asked you if you wanted to exchange it or get a full refund which we did within an hour of your refund request. Please check with ebay why you haven't received it yet. I am trying to make a living using ebay please recount your negative feedback, thank you.
