The real deal

Awesome! I'll be drawing in Sketchbook Pro and probably edit in Photoshop.
Just got it today and already love it. I went through it and tested out all the tools. I have some basic experience with Photoshop and so it wasn't a hard learn for some of these tools The whole package is real intuitive though. Wasn't difficult learning what does what and how. I will be spending countless hours with this one, lol :). Everything is just easily accessible. I most likely will draw in Sketchbook Pro and then edit it in Photoshop, because PS has so many editing tools available, but I will spend most of my time drawing in Sketchbook Pro since it's way easier to manipulate. And the canvas takes up the whole screen which is awesome!

Definitely a keeper! Won't take the place of a lawyer but great material!
I started my own company recently (an LLC) and needed something to assist me in making sure I was abiding by the corporate formalities to maintain limited liability protection. This book definitely helped me to learn about other forms of meetings and how to document them. It has a wealth of knowledge in it and you can just go to the specific sections that pertain to you. There are some pretty decent form templates on the CD. It helps to have a template and know if I'm headed in the right direction. And it's simple language too. Not that lawyer jargon. They did their homework and know the lay-man needs a less complex version. It's not like having a personal lawyer, but it's a real bonus. This is definitely a keeper and will go in my personal library. Hope that helps anyone on the fence.
