I ordered the item and paid for it along with tax and shipping. He contacted me and said he was going to ship it COD....which is not what I agreed to. I asked him to refund my money and he said ok....but I have not heard from him since.

Great camera.
I've had my original Kodak Easyshare DX7590 since 2008. I paid a hefty price because of the lens. We used the camera so much over the years...then menu button stopped working. This became a huge problem when the battery would no longer charge. When the new battery was installed the time and date were reset. I found this used one and made the purchase. With the menu button working we are back to using the camera we love and it performs well.
