Computer arrived with a hard drive that failed after only one use (through no fault of the seller; it was nearly 30-years-old!). I sent video proof of the failure, plus an explanation of issues.
Seller immediately issued RMA and label, and fully refunded the same day they received the item back. Was very friendly in all communication and never doubted my claims. Would happily recommend for responsiveness and courtesy. Also packaged all items very securely! :)

Larger screen is much easier on the eyes
9 personnes sur 9 ont jugé cet avis utile. Ok, I swore I would never get one of these, but I got a good price and couldn't resist.
Pros: What I have found is that it's a huge improvement over the 9.7" iPad for most every use, especially web browsing, watching videos or movies, and many games. The Apple keyboard is a must, IMHO. The pencil is a great plus as well, the size of this iPad makes this more natural than the smaller ones.
Cons: It is best used on a table with the smart keyboard attached. It is definitely not something you'll want to be using when hand-held. It's too heavy, but the size of it is awkward and is sure to cause sore arms and shoulders.
I would suggest that the 12.9" is a perfect overall laptop for over 90% of users, as long as they are using it as a laptop. That's my use case, and though I still have to go back to a full featured Mac/PC to do some of my work, I find the portability and long battery life of the iPad 12.9" a compelling reason to pick this over my laptop when I'm heading out for a coffee or to the library.
