Would not buy it again
This product, when I saw it, it was very attractive with his features and price. But now when I bought it, I understand why is so cheap. It don't have on and off button. I know it sounds funny, but it is true. His d-sub connectors are very bad quality. I mean, you have to adjust it all the time, because It sends very bad signal if the cables are not connected right and it is very difficult to connect cables, because they easily fall off. Converter is best thing about this device. They are better than my previous sound card, especially in reproducing bass sound, and hi sounds. I can hear muddiness in mix also better. USB connection is OK, but not great. It easily get overload if you add alot of plugins in your DAW. Also, if you think that you can use this device with USB connect to computer, and record it on USB stick at the same time, you are wrong. You can either use the USB recording, or use it connected to computer. If you have it plugged in by usb, and put usb stick or hard disk in it, it turns of usb connection for computer. It doesn't work at the same time. I don't recommend to buy this product because of bad d-sub connecter (not bad sound, just connections are bad, doesn't hold cables properly and it makes some of outputs not work properly) and don't have on and of buttons.

After buying this product, my mixing become 10-20% better. It is a clean sound, and you can make obvious changes in every sound. You have almost all you need in sound production, if we don't count reverb, delay, and other effects. Sound of this plugin is amazing.
