Metal Gear Solid: The Essential Collection
MGS 1, 2 & 3, in one boxed set, all for less than $30? How can you go wrong. Three of the greatest games ever here. For those who may have recently gotten into the series from playing MGS4, go back to your roots and play these games to see what Solid Snake is all about. A must have for any fan of the series!

Bleach: Dark Souls
Bleach: Dark Souls is an excellent fighting game for the DS. Its a fighter where emphasis is given to combos and the executiuon of combos. What I like about Bleach is it actually has a pretty good story mode that teaches you new skills and moves as you go along. So, there is a reason to play through this fighting game's story mode and we normally can't say that about fighting games too much. The game has an online mode that works pretty well, all things considered. Some of the tasks require you to have a bit of a working knowledge of the Bleach series and previous games so that's not too cool if you had not heard of Bleach before and thought it was just something you used on your clothes.. And, as in most fighting games, once you master a few combos, the CPU is not much of a challenge any longer. Still, this is one of the better fighters out there for the DS.
I give Bleach: Dark Souls an 8.3 out of 10.

4 personnes sur 4 ont jugé cet avis utile. It is easy to look at the game and say, "Hmmmm....looks like a Professor Layton rip off to me." It's not. In fact, this game is nothing like Layton at all (except that Henry and the good Professor have that same sort of demeanor about them). It can best be described as a hybrid between a really top notch adventure game and Tetris. How does that work you ask? Its hard to explain. But it works and it works really, really well. The game is perfect for the DS and I don't really think it could have been pulled off on any other platform. The game does get rather hard the deeper you get into it, but that's not really a knock against it. I give it an 8.5 out of 10.
