When a smartphone isn't an option to use.
1 personnes sur 1 ont jugé cet avis utile. This remote comes in really handy when your GoPro is mounted on your head or in an area where it is difficult to access the camera to turn in on or off. Although your smartphone can operate the camera, this remote allows me to keep my phone in dry areas.

When mounting it on a wall isn't an option.
Well these are not rock solid they will firmly hold your soundbar and do not move or sway when the tv is being used. If you have the tv on a mount that moves the soundbar is going to rock a slight bit as you move it, but that's to be expected.
Over all I was very happy with the brackets and the included hardware helped get everything aligned properly
