Great Addition to a Collector of Premium Yo-Kai Watch Items

For those that aren't already aware, this is a reprint of the Orochi (Venoct) model that is extremely rare. it is the light counterpart that is known in English as Illuminoct. The figure is exactly the same as the Venoct figure aside from the color scheme. The figure is suspended from a stand that inserts into the back. The arms can move up and down and the wrists also bend so there isn't a whole lot of articulation. There is also no way to move the head since the scarf restricts all movement. The lower half of the body moves at the torso. The real articulation comes from two dragons that extend from the scarf. They are poseable in three places and the scarf can be rearranged so that the dragon heads are extending high above Hikariorichi's head or slinking off to his sides. My biggest issue with this model (and ALL other Yo-Kai watch models) is the stickers they use to give the figure its more subtle features. The sandals, belt, headband, eyes, and gloves all use stickers. THESE DO NOT STICK. I implore you to use just a tiny bit of glue whenever you apply any of these stickers. That is the only way that they are going to stay long-term. The dragons that come from the scarf have ridges in them and the kit includes stickers that you can place over them to cover up those ridges and make it look more aesthetically appealing. I recommend against using these as well. Once again, glue will be required in order to make sure that they stick to the figure (else they will come off). Even then, they look strange. In my opinion, it's better just to leave them as is. The heads to come off so you can replace Hikariorochi's hands with them (for some reason). You can also remove one of the dragons completely and place them in a jar that makes it look like a snake charmer (again for some reason). There are additional stickers included to give the figure some emotion (angry eyes) as well as angry and happy eyes for the dragon heads as well. It is very fragile and is not meant for hard play. Just kind of meant for posing and leaving it on the shelf. All in all, it's VERY cool looking and fun to assemble the actual pieces, but not much more than that.

Great Idea, Sloppy Execution
This is one of four Digimon Funko Pops that exist to-date. This particular Funko Pop seeks to capture the likeness of the Digimon named Gabumon. Overall, the figure is a cute rendering of Gabumon. The face and head have a remarkable resemblance but in the Funko manner. The issue is the back of the body; Gabumon has two extra arms from his coat but they join in an awkward way that doesn’t look cohesive with the rest of the figure. His main arms also join at the shoulder in a similarly clunky manner. The paint detail on the head and body are done well. And the head is moveable but firm. So not the best Funko figure I’ve purchased but boy the worst.

Another great set in the marvel superheroes line.
1 personnes sur 1 ont jugé cet avis utile. The set is overall very cool. It has classic LEGO quality and brings it to this Iron Man set based on the last scene in the third Iron Man movie. It includes Iron Man MK 42, Aldrich Killian, and War Machine (the latter two are exclusive to this set). Iron Man and War Machine both have thruster accessories for their hands and feet to simulate flight (though I'm not sure why War Machine's are red). Aldrich comes with dynamite and a handgun. The boat can fit a lego character in the cockpit and a stowaway in the front. It has firing projectiles that don't fly far at all but are ingenious in design. It also has a buoy that can be destroyed (why? I don't know). All of the characters have faces that change around to a different expression. All in all very cool and very elegant in their design though hey have some inaccuracies.
