Saint Martha is my patron saint. People criticize her for being anxious & worried. But Jesus crashed at her place when he needed to sleep; & legend has it, after Jesus resurrected, she went to France & slayed a dragon. Not bad for a humble homemaker.

I Spy Books
Whoever wrote the I Spy books must be a ski-zillionaire by now. The board books are perfect for younger children who are not readers: board books with just the right amount of pages and items to search for. The larger I Spy books are great for older children who can read. I bought all of them as Christmas presents (including the board books) for my grandchildren. I have to admit, though, my 15 year old son and I were up late last night trying to find all the objects in the I Spy Super Challenge. We couldn't put it down, even though it was way past bedtime on a school night.

A Fun & Easy Hands On Curriculum for Health Class
I used this book in a private elementary school health class for younger children, where we ended the course by putting on a stage production for the parents. It was quite fun!
