It seems to work but they give no instructions on how often to use it or if the equipment needs to be washed everytime before putting it into pouch to be sanitized! I put all my cpap mask and hose in the pouch it came with and after a hour it does have a freshness to it, i really don't understand how it works but it seems to be clean but i still clean my hose and mask in warm soapy water to ensure its clean.

it is cheap plastic that breaks as soon as you use it, waste of money but idk if this is one or aftermarket, but to be honest it's a bad design by artic cat imo. I'm working on putting a plunge type choke on it now!
