Missing electrical wires wont hook up Now find out NO RETURNS ??

Not sure if the part was defective as the old one or if we have another issue. Was advised to change the board so I did but it didn't changed anything
Although it was the correct part I believe. It didn't work as we wanted and the dish washer is exactly the same way as it worked before. The on -off buttons do not function correctly.
