Great Quality!
These are a great value. They work and fit exactly the same as the GoPro brand...but for a LOT less money. Have had no quality or durability issues at all. This mount has performed flawlessly for me. It does what it is designed to do, and does it well.
The only issue I have is that I would much rather have the hand screws for all adjustments. (Two of the adjustments require a phillips screwdriver to operate.) Not a really big deal. You can use the hand screws from other "GoPro" type accessories in place of the phillips screws.
I can recommend this mount for anyone with a "GoPro"type action camera.

Great Price - Good Mic
This Lav mic sounds great! You do have to be careful that clothing and/or other items do not rub against it. As you might expect, that makes a terrible racket.
I really like the long cord (about 20 feet). It allows for relative freedom if movement. 20 feet is more than adequate for most situations.
The preamp unit is quite compact, and has enough lead to the mic to allow flexible mounting options.
Make sure you order spare batteries for this unit. There is no LED to let you know it is on. It is very easy to leave it on and drain the battery. This will happen at the worst possible time. Best to have a few spare batteries on hand so when it does happen, you are ready.
Overall, I am quite impressed with this mic. I did have to do a "hack" to the on-off switch. It was horribly noisy when I got it, but a few minutes of TLC took care of that. I do not believe this issue is common to these mic's. I just happened to get that one in a million that had to be fixed. No big deal really.
Would I recommend this mic? Yes. I know I am going to get a lot of good use from this mic. For the price, you simply can't go wrong. True, it does not sound like a 300 dollar mic; but then it is not a 300 dollar mic.

Nice Little Cables
I bought a pair of these and they are perfect for some of the projects I do around the studio. Yes, they are shielded. The connectors are gold colored, and fit well into the devices I use them on. 3 feet is just enough to get the shotgun mic just a bit closer to the subject. If you need "just that little extra", the second 3 footer fills the bill nicely. I have not noticed any signal loss or extraneous noise while using these cables. They are well worth it if you need just a little extension, but don't need 10-15 feet of cord hanging around.
Final note: I highly recommend these cables for anyone using external mic's on your camera.
