Glad I bought the Dyson V8 and even more so the refurbished unit
The unit has pretty good suction, reasonable battery life in standard mode and comes with a lot of attachments. I really like the hardwood floor roller brush- . I have a V-6 handheld vac that I like a lot but this one is really nice because it has the long extension pole so I can use it to get into areas with lots of crumbs in the kitchen without having to bend over or drag around a full-size Dyson.
