excellent drug reference
1 personnes sur 1 ont jugé cet avis utile. I got this book for my advanced pharmacology class for my MSN degree. It is an excellent drug reference, well organized, easy to read, and easy to find information. LOVE this drug book - definitely worth the money.

Very enjoyable workout

Very relaxing and actually enjoy working out, even though it really does not even feel like I am working out. It is very easy to adapt to whatever stage of pregnancy you are in. My favorite is to do the about 45 min workout and then I am so relaxed and feel so good I take a really good nap.
