I measured the brooch, so did my daughter it was 2”. It’s a shame when you have to take a picture of the item next to a measuring tape. Customer was rude, she received a full refund and was told she could keep the brooch obviously she needed it more than me. Some people are so unhappy in THIER life they try to make everyone Miserable! And I hope she doesn’t shop at my store. I do not need the Negativity. I have plenty of honest and awesome customers!!

The seller stated item I purchased was stolen and tried to contact , so instead of refunding I was sent something , that should have been picked up by the local thrift store absolutely nothing like the item I purchased, I would have rather had my refund. eBay is not ebaying like it use too. Exactly where are they getting these sellers from. Just refund next time.

I had a break-in and items were stolen. I contacted you 5 times with NO RESPONSE, giving you the opportunity to get a refund or I would replace with other items which I did I sent 3 or 4 bracelets with more then the .99 cent one you purchased. And there’s no reason for criticism when your the one who wouldn’t reasons that you wanted a refund. You want your . 99 cent refund plus the shipping and you can keep the bracelets I’d rather not deal with customers like you, that are so unhappy.
