Yes it is what I read about him. I was a bit disappointed because we put batteries in him and when he talks you can’t hear it unless your ear is to him!

After purchasing the item, I received tracking notification that a label had been printed. Several days passed with no further progress. After a week, I messaged the seller who said they had had Covid and thought they had mailed it. Several more days passed, and I messaged again. The seller said they would check with the post office, that it was probably still there. After almost a month and additional inquiries, I was refunded my money with no explanation.

Item was lost in mail so a full refund was provided. I definitely mailed it but tracking didn't update and the local office checked and they didn't have it, so I sent a full refund. I remain hopeful that it will arrive eventually, and if that happens, please keep it for free.

I was sick with COVID and it resulted in a shipping and communications delay. Once I realized the oversight, I offered to refund the buyer or send it and provide a $10 refund for the inconvenience, and the buyer accepted this second option. Issue has now been resolved.
