  Product arrived quickly and in condition as described in listing and packaged appropriately. Seller was very responsive (keeping in mind time zone differences) and went above and beyond to help install and troubleshoot issues (ultimately my own errors).   This was one of the best experiences I have had on eBay. The shipping was super fast, especially considering it was coming from Europe. The packaging was overdone to some extent, but in a good way. He made sure the digital cluster was not going to be damaged in shipping. Communication was great, too. He and I coordinated a time through WhatsApp for him to code the cluster, and he did it very quickly. He stayed on the line with me until things worked perfectly. Great customer service!

  Had a super positive experience working with Naviprof. My original Head Unit was a EU model that didn't have SiriusXM (which my wife really wanted to keep) and they worked with me to get the unti swapped out and even paid for shipping. They stayed in contact with me throughout and are still helping me personally for any weird last minute questions. We even worked out a nice touchscreen upgrade along the way! Would definitely recommend to anyone.

  Excellent seller class A+++ very rare in eBay these days, took his time with me. Explain everything that needed to be done. He coded my my unit remotely a couple of times until we got everything working the right way. Highly recommended will do business again if I need anything thank you so much.
