Item was described as per dozen I ordered 3, received 3 boxes of 6. Short 18. I requested the additional 18 finally received them - 14 were broken upon delivery. I sent photos of the glasses, the boxes and the shipping box. I requested replacements by email several times. No response. The shipping box had Styrofoam on top, nothing on the bottom to protect the glasses. Want my money back.
