The seller was away until 13/12/21 I contacted them after that date as it was still showing that they were back on the 13/12.
The item was then put back on to purchase, which I did, the payment went through.
I then received a message saying that the seller had "taken it to the post office without success" I offered to pay for a courier service. I was then told that this couldn't be done as they couldn't get a European permit for UK. This item was Royal Mail and a local seller? Refund issued
