bad and good
"Biggest disappointment this year?" Introduction: Driv3r was supposed to be one of the most anticipated games this year, but instead due to the bad AI, the glitches, and most of all the gameplay the game became probably the year's most disappointing game. Graphics (5) : The graphics IS NOT the baddest or greatest but it could have been a lot better. The graphics just seem the same to the previous drivers but just a little touch up job. Gameplay (2): The only thing that you will found fun is the Survival mode. Which in the previous drivers kicked ass. The missions in story mode has a little challenge except for the on-foot ones you will found those amazingly easy. All you have to do is just run up to them while fire because the enemy AI is just damn straight stupid. I recall once mission where I stand at the edge og the door where i can see the Enemy's hand and leg. So I shoot him in the leg twice and he just stood there scratching neck literally. There are only two missions that are really a challenge. One you have to rescue some guy in a car by chasing the car and shooting it another is the bomb truck mission. Sound (6) : Bad...music wise that is, but at least you can play your favorite soundtracks on your Xbox with the Jukebox in the game. The voice is outstanding Michael Madsen does a great job with Tanner and Michelle Rodriguez for also does a great job Calita. Replay Value (4) : The only thing you would probably play again is survival or free ride. I doubt anyone would waste another 10-15 hours of their life playing this when they can play better games like good old Superman 64 or even better Tomb Raider: Angel of Darkness. Overall (5) : This game was suppose to come out earlier this year. But was delayed, usually that means "There are some problems we just found so sadly we will have to delay Driv3r and fix most if not all the problems". But they didn't do that what did they do hell if I know but what you and I know they didn't fix ****. The cutscenes and the high star actors are the only impressing thing in the game. That is really the game's and the Reflections' downfall. Trying to make the game look like a movie. For the next Driver Reflections' or whoever BETTER focus more on the gameplay then on cutscenes and high star actors giving their voices to the characters if they want Driver 4 to sell.

a good shooter
"This game is truly unreal!" Unreal Championship is one of my favorite games for Xbox.It is a first-person shooter. This game has you fighting enemy teams while trying to capture flags, defend bases, deliver bombs and best the other team in a deathmatch. Note: This game can also be played on Xbox Live, but I do not have Xbox Live so I will review it based on what I know about the game without Xbox Live. Gameplay: This game is extremely fast pased and exciting! The one player in this game is pretty good. You create a profile and your own team of elite competitors and then start a new campaign. This one-player campaign has you and your team going through different ladders of different kinds of tournaments, having you compete for a gold trophey. There are different ladders including Team Deathmatch, Capture the Flag, Double Domination, Bombing Run, and one surprise ladder. In Team Deathmatch you go with your team and try to rack up more frags by killing the other team. In Capture the Flag, you try to capture the enemy flag while also defending your own. In Double Domination, there are 2 command posts. In order to score, your team must capture both and keep controling them for 10 seconds. In Bombing Run, you basically play Football with a bomb. You get the bomb and run from wherever you got it, to the enemy base where you drop it off for either 3 or 7 points. The 2-player is also great. You get to choose what kind of fight you want(Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch, CTF, etc, etc) and you can play against 3 other people plus computers! Total score: 10 Sound: I personally love the sounds. They range from dark and eerie to competitive and hardcore to fast and low. A lot of them tend to sound the same after a while but I know that after first hearing a few, I was walking around humming them. I can still enjoy the music from memory after a week without playing! Total score: 9 Graphics: Another great part of this game. If you really look at the characters you can see they are well detailed and made. They look real and sound real...Except for maybe the Aliens :P Total score: 10 Replay Value: I got it the day it came out and I've been playing it ever since, which is atleast a couple of years... 10 Rent or Buy: BUY BUY BUY! This game is a must-have for all you FPS / Action gamers! There is no doubt in my mind that I would buy this and many other Unreal games to come! Total score: Buy Overall: While this game can be played on Xbox Live, I have never tried it but still love this game. It has a great replay value and many modes of gameplay to choose from and many weapons. This game has amazing sound and music as well as graphics. The one-player is a good way to start training your skills and two-player is great to hone them and show off to your friends...This game is a must buy! 10

a good fighting game
"Easy on the eyes, hard to put down." This game is everything a platform hack and slash wants to be and then some. The story, while not the most griping seen in video games, seems to actually make a decent excuse for having Ninjas in video games (not that there is any reason for that ofcourse). The story revolves around three different organizations, two swords, and a really pissed off Ninja. What more could you ask for? Lets take it down the list now shall we? Graphics: 10/10 Once you see a screen shot of this game, you'll be in complete awe. The game looks that nice on screen, if not better since the whole thing chugs along at a very steady frame rate. Everything from the Ninpo to various weapons on enemies looks amazing. Even the animations look damn good. Easily the best looking game out for a system right now. Controls: 10/10 Damn, Team Ninja hits every right button on this game. It controls like a dream (even on my half busted Controller S it works nicely!). Every button is placed right where you would want it, making it a breeze to do various advanced Ninja techniques. You can chain hits off of enemies to build up your combos for more essence (either heals you/your ninpo gauges or is used as currency at the shops). The only hang up seems to be the camera. Its sometimes difficult to get the camera right where you want it, but its pretty damn difficult to do that in any game. Now, its not horrible though. Infact, this has the best camera of most games of this type. It's just not as perfected as the rest of the game that makes this stick out. Now, time to delve into what makes this such a great game (other then the stated reasons, and the fact it has ninjas). This game is a pure ride of fun, assuming you can hang with the difficulty (more on this later). As you string attacks together for impressive looking combos and slaying any ninja or commando in your path, you will be able to do this with whatever weapon you like (once purchased). Nunchuks to giant hammers, this game has the goods. Just don't get to carried away with the offense so you forget the defense. Another great feature! This game seeks balance in combat. You will not always be on the offensive, and if you are you will get quickly cut down. While on the defensive though you have plenty of counters and dodges that make it seem as though you never switched from offense to defense. This kind of combat happens 75% of the time, and there are the few break ups in action for a puzzle or platform. This game gets REALLY hard though, so if you can't take what you give, you may not have that great a time with this one (Unless your a Greater Ninja like myself, then you won't ever taste the bitterness of defeat ^^). Overall: 10/10 Whats not to like about this game? Anything in this game that isn't polished to a shine is still above average. If you enjoyed any old platform/action titles in your life, go out and buy this as soon as possible. You will never forgive yourself if you don't.
