Greatest dog behavior training tool
This is the best! My dog would bark at everyone and everything, but not anymore. Since I have had this device she only has to see know I have it and she behaves. The neighbors dogs would come running over to my fence when we were out but this makes them stay away. Greatest invention. My friends dog doesn’t seem to be bothered by it, so I would say it doesnt effect every dog. I’ve bought 4 so far for friends and family.
