Item didn't arrive. 10 days after expected delivery date, messaged seller and heard NOTHING back but status of order changed to "shipped. " Waited over a week. No product, no response from seller. Had to resolve through eBay and got a refund. Huge inconvenience since I had a deadline to meet that relied on receiving this order. Could have planned accordingly had the seller simply communicated with me about my order.

Item never arrived, seller did not respond to my inquiry, note many of seller's positive reviews are from the same buyer. wasted 2 weeks of my time because I needed this item to complete a project, very disappointed with this seller.

I never received the item that I purchased. I tried communicating with the seller asking if my item was shipped. No communication from the seller at all.

Love it, beautiful colors, just wish they had the color number on the bottom of the spool.
