Did not receive the item and despite 3 separate messages to the seller never received any reply for tracking or what the problem was. Thank goodness the transaction was protected by Ebay’s protection policy because I was promptly refunded when I opened a case. I realize this time of year sellers are busy as well as the postal service but a courtesy email to explain would have been appreciated. I noticed more than one person has reported not receiving their item. I wonder what gives?
