making a good kit better
I made the kit look better by painting the body white to make it look better then the milky greyish with plastic. Had to download lite beer and goodyear emblems off the internet and make decals and place on the car to make it look correct. I guess Goodyear didn't want to allow rights for the kit ?? I used model paint to touch up and detail the car. I. I lowered the car in the rear to sit more correct. It goes together very easy and can be built by a beginner straight out of the box. But I just thought it sat to high. Be prepared to have a steady hand in placing the stick on graphics. It's recommended to have clean hands because you will have to place them straight and that can be hard to do. If you keep pulling them off and on you will lose some stickiness . The chassis is very detailed and the kit looks great. I would recommend the kit for beginners or experienced modelers. I found a picture of Brad Keselowski and scaled him to show off his car.
