Beautiful book with great information, recipes and more
Personal improvement on my Chocolates and Candy making skills. I could not have been more pleased with the extensive information and knowledge the book contains. A must for anyone considering Confectionary.

Great resource
I bought this book after taking a Candy Making Class. The book is very well written and easy to follow. The recipes are easy and delicious. I have gotten rave reviews from everything I have made so far. I would recommend this book to anyone who would like a simple approach to making delicious homemade candy.
