cool
does the job. the media is somewhat obsolete, so being able to secure additional disc's is a plus. only problem is being readily able to "play". Camcorder guys missed the boat there.

used, but not abused.
shoes arrived quickly. as advertised, they shed water like a duck. Had to add some good inserts for comfort, but hey! that did the trick. Very happy with purchase.

dvp vs dvd ac vs dc
Haven't actually used it yet. I also have the dvd-fx820 which works really well. used primarily to view mini-discs from my sony camcorder. a regular dvd player is not built to handle the smaller disc. Now I have ordered an adapter cord (ac) to be able to use the dvp player just like the dvd player. I will give the dvd player to my son who also has a sony camcorder. Neat.
