Seller claimed the addresses were wrong; they were not incorrect. He took my money and waited over a month to make his erroneous claim. Something is wrong with this seller and his promises.

Purchased $ 760 worth of grape cuttings, they only shipped me 13 cutting out of 97 cuttings, when the planting season was over. This seller does not have the actual item's in stock, he/she gets his items from third party. They did not ship my items at all. Even thou e-bay has issued me a full refund, but I am still very upset because the seller wasted my opportunity of planting my grapes this year. He has put me one year behind, that means I lost one year of mylifetime opportunity.

This s... mak got all cuttings, requested return and shipped back empty envelops. And m.. f i is upset? Got all ordered cuttings, cheated me on cuttings $$$ and return shipping fee and he is upset????
