Doesn't contact for resolution before leaving negative feedback, if I opened every brand new item to see if they worked they would no longer be new in package. I just assumed that since it was unopened it would operate. Not a good practice to just automatically leave negative feedback without trying to get resolution. Sellers feedback is more important than buyers. Have a great day.

Tri-color
2 personnes sur 2 ont jugé cet avis utile. Colors are not true, washed out! Dull, flat very poor ink! Will not buy H p products again!! Had a non hp brand which was much brighter and produced true colors!
