Big spring seat does the job.
My bicycle has both front and rear spring suspension but there have been times my butt has appreciated the saddle seat's built-in spring system to reduce any further jolts that will cause excess fatigue. The wide, padded seat is fairly comfortable and makes it easy to operate the legs to power the bike.

Portable shirt pocket timer.
Hello. This time around, I wanted a timer that would fit in my shirt pocket and this timer fit the bill. I read a lot of the reviews and there were a number of people who said that they didn't think that it would be that small but that is what I wanted. I have used it only for a little while so I don't know how long the battery will last but it probably should have had a on-off button to shut it off. When not in use, the display reads: 00:00. You must be careful not to bump into anything while it is running or you could pause it. Buttons could have been recessed to eliminate this problem. Overall, it works fairly well and does have a loud ringer that you must shut off.
