The courier lost the item, and a month later, I still hadn't received it. This seller did all he could to help and made an instant refund, so he gets positive feedback from me. If only HM customs were as efficient refunding the 20% VAT, but they are not! At present, I can't recommend that we British people purchase items from the EU. It is a slow and uncertain process. TNT (the courier) is in the process of being taken over by FedEx, which probably increased the risk of loss in transit.

Powerfull and elegenat home turbine
1 personnes sur 26 ont jugé cet avis utile. Amazing! Very cheap and well make domestic turbine. Very silent and elegant. Many thanks
