The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess (Wii)
~Twilight Princess~ ~~~Wii~~~ ~Warning, could contain spoilers~ Rating: 4 out of 5 This is a very well made Zelda game and I am very impressed with it overall, but it was not as amazing as I had expected it to be. After being postponed many times and being redesigned for the Wii, I thought that this would be the best game ever created by Nintendo. I started the play the game the day it was released and played for about five hours. I was very impressed with it at first. I received a new weapon that had never been in any Zelda game in the first dungeon, and defeated a boss that was moderately difficult. I thought to myself, "They actually pulled it off and made the best Zelda game to date." As I continued to play through the game I took back this comment. The game was beautiful to start out with, but towards the ending dungeon and boss fights, I began to feel that it was getting easier and less creative. I didn't even receive a special weapon in the last dungeon. It seemed like the creators of the game had gotten tired and just wanted the game to be over with and out to the public. The story line died out towards the middle as well. It was basically, fight the remaining bosses and then save Zelda. All in all, I have to say that this is a very good video game and everyone should try it out. I had a lot of fun with it and enjoyed the replay value of it once I had finished it. If you want to find out more about this new Zelda masterpiece then try it out for yourself. It is out on Gamecube and Wii right now. The Wii version has Link right handed and the Gamecube version has him left handed, just like all the previous Zelda games. Since the game was originally made for a right handed Link, the dungeons and temples had to be rearranged a little to fit a left handed Link. They are the same dungeons, just a mirror image of each other. Have fun, Zelda fans!

Nintendo Sound History Series: Zelda the Music
~~~Zelda the Music~~~ ~~~~~~~~CD~~~~~~~~ 4 out of 5 This CD covers all the Zelda games up till Wind Waker, it was made before Twilight Princess. It is a very good CD and has songs such as the song you hear while riding the winds in Windwaker and the Song of Healing from Majorias Mask. Though it has many great songs, there are some that I would have liked to be included that were left out. The CD focuses on the old NES Zelda games and then jumbles the rest of the SNES, N64, and gamecube games together. This I didn't like very much, but it still won me over because they were all great songs none the less. A wonderful CD that would brighten up any Zelda fan.
Final Fantasy III (Nintendo DS)
~~~Final Fantasy III~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~DS~~~~~~~~~~~ 5 out of 5 Overview: This is a true Final Fantasy game. This game is a true re-make of the original that was released on the Famicom on April 27, 1990. It was not brought to the American shores until November 14, 2006 and was waited for by many Final Fantasy Fans. I have to say it was well worth it. Basics: This game is an RPG, role playing game, that involves a turn based system. This means that your characters and the enemies take turns attacking during a battle. As you fight you gain experience that allows you to gain levels, which make you stronger. In this game there are different job classes, just like in the original on the Famicom. There is one small difference here though. in the Famicom version you were not allowed to switch to a different job whenever you wanted to; there were only certain points where you were allowed to change your job class. There are no save points in dungeons and no way to restore your magic points expect with an elixir, which is very rare and only found in treasure chests. Tips: ~no spoilers~ This game takes a lot of strategy and the ability to conserve your magic points and your items. This ability is needed when going into dungeons. Since there are no save points, you have to go through the whole thing and then fight a boss. The best thing to do is go through the dungeon once, if at all possible, get all the treasure, leave and heal, then save and go into it a second time. It's a good idea to have a lot of potions or hi-potions at your disposal the second run though. It is also wise to not use any magic points in fights while running around the dungeon getting to the boss. A true re-make of a classic game. Job well done Square Enix and Nintendo.
