Lousy Quality
We bought two. The first one had defective keys and the thumb rest fell off. The repair costs more than replacement. So we bought another thinking it was a fluke. The second saxophone had the same issue about the six month mark.

Lousy Quality
We have bought two of these. The first time we thought the defective keys (after 6 months of playing) and the thumb rest falling off were anomalies, so we ordered a second one because it was cheaper than the repair work. The same keys became defective on our second saxophone at about the six month mark again. I took it to a second repair shop, and they won't touch it because they feel it's such a low quality that they might do more damage than good.
On the good side, the case is nice.
