Correct screen protector but questionable packaging.
Came in a phone screen protector screen so that was a little confusing but was the correct size and fit without issue.

It's a working DS Lite
It is indeed a DS Lite. Worked fine. Charger is an after market charger.

A little rough but works.
Correct size for DS lite. A little rough, you may need to remove excess plastic from the injection mold sites on the pin to get. Also the tip seemed a little rough so you may want to have a screen protector just in case.
