New formula ineffective now
The ingredients were chanted and these are no longer effective. They lost hundreds or more customers when they changed the formula. It was good about 10 years ago. I wrote to them and they told me there were certain ingredients no longer available and they had to modify their process. I could tell that they no longer worked, taste like nothing.

Terrible waste
They "machine" meaning strip all the factory coating making it look pretty and it deteriorates as soon as you use it. Why the heck cant they leave it alone and sell it clean instead of ruining it?
