    Excellent seller! great information! Thank you for your fast response and honesty. this is my third APIM for my 2017 Ford F-150 First was a warranty, failed after it ran out of warranty period. Second was another eBay seller that failed after a few months, errors were related to memory issues from an older unit being "refurbished" or re-programmed and bricked. This seller sent me a newer unit and identified it as one that is not troublesome to refurbish. So far- So good! excellent service!

    Shipping was fast and very well packaged far better than Amazon. Sam was extremely helpful getting it setup. I asked a lot of questions and Sam answered back quickly each time. This was the best overall experience I've had in the 15+ years I've been on eBay! This was for my wife's Explorer and she is very happy with the upgrade.

Great router, sometimes tempermental
This router really sped up my home network, and reaches the farthest depths of my house. However, I sometimes have the occasional issue of it not wanting to boot up wifi, or the screen not working. The router usually works just fine though. I like the gigabit LAN input feature.
