Paid for item though PayPal and got a message from seller this weekend that they haven’t received money from eBay so are not going to ship. Filled a claim with PayPal and they kicked me back to eBay. Still no response. Messaged seller a couple more times recently afterwards and still no resolution.

unfortunately it was not our fault as when you spoke to eBay they told you the same thing as to us that we had to ship out your $600 fairing and once you received it and you were happy than they would deposit the funds and it must of been a glitch in eBay as we've been using eBay for 17 years and never ever had this happen before. It is not something we as a company did on purpose. We apologize for the inconvenience that eBay caused you with this order.
