Used Item
Product is shown to be a used product. There was scratches on the front along the edge as if the battery was placed inside a phone before. Then the other side with the serial number was mostly scratched off due to wear. I inspected the top portion near the terminal and saw multiple scratches. This will only happen if the battery was actually used. A new battery as described on the title will not have these defects. They first gave me an excuse that the wear was due to batteries being stacked on each other. Then they said on another email that the product wear was due to the cadex machine which is not used on new battery. I gave up on the back to back emailing and decided to write my first review on a product with misleading title. AVOID THIS ITEM!
