Excellent product - one potential issue if used with dummy batteries.
Great product that does everything that it says it should do. It might be helpful to someone if I do mention one thing. I use a Canon M50 and plan on using this teleprompter not just for scrolling text, but also to mirror my video conference calls so that I can look directly into the camera while talking. If the camera is just on a tripod, instead of using battery power, I use a dummy battery with a power supply plugged in to have permanent power without switching and charging batteries. This teleprompter, however, has the camera sit on a flat plate in order to be connected. This does not allow me to use the dummy battery arrangement because the plug-in for that setup comes out of the bottom of the M50 and would not allow the M50 to be anchored to the plate correctly. I'm thinking of a work-around by building a thin base to put between the plate and the M50, or else drill a hole in the platform at just the spot where my plug-in needs to go through, but I haven't attempted either yet. Just mentioning this in case someone is planning to use it as a more permanent setup for videoconferencing with a dummy battery.
