Excellent USB31 expansion card
This card worked out of the box on a Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P and Windows 10. No driver installation or other hassle necessary.
Speed: Excellent and as expected, also saw a healhy speed increase on regular USB 3.
Stability: So far I have had no problems.
Note: This card requires a 4x PCI slot, make sure you have one free. It also, somewhat oddly, requires a SATA power connector.

Fantastic performer with state of the art motor technology
I run three of these on a 420mm medium density radiator plus four as exhaust fans (see attached photo) , and although this may not be the ideal use case for these fans, they still perform beastly due to their rather interesting construction. More on that later. Let me just say that the Arctic F140 competes head on with the best of the best from Noctua, EK, Be Quiet!, Scythe, and similar premium brands.
The motor is a 3-phase design, very similar or probably identical to that of the famous Noctua fans. You can run these fans all the way down to 200 RPM if your fan controller allows it. This lets you create fan curves with a very wide span (200-1800 RPM). Another benefit of the 3-phase design is the extremely low noise level. At full tilt these fans only produce a pleasing breeze-like sound from the air passing through them, and at lower speeds you need to really lean in close to hear them at all.
Another interesting thing about these fans is their construction. They're not the usual standard 25mm tallness, instead they are 27-28mm tall. Make sure you take that into account when planning your build. The extra tallness is due to an elongated straight fan barrel, and possibly also due to a taller-than usual propeller. All in all this seems to have a positive effect on air flow, because these fans can really move beastly amounts of air at full tilt.
By the way, these fans have a small design flaw that you should keep in mind; The motor is a 3-phase design, but the RPM counter does not seem to take this into account. So the RPM readout is actually 33% higher than it actually is. This means that when your motorboard reports 2400 RPM, the actual speed is closer to 1800 RPM. Keep this in mind when you check out reviews of this fan on Youtube and the like. Many reviewers weren't aware of this, so there are lots of unfair comparisons of this fan.
If you need top performers for your cooler (high density air cooler or radiator) but don't feel like paying the premium for Noctuas, then you can not go wrong with these. Also make sure to check out the P12 and P14 static pressure fans from Arctic, they have the same super quiet motor design (although with correct RPM readouts).
