A beautiful Zelda world to see. Fantastic game.
Graphically one of the best Zelda games out there, Twilight Princess offers a lot of new dynamics that the other Zelda titles never could have. The wolf shape shifting gave a great feel to the gameplay, and Midna's snarky remarks were a great replacement for the constant chiming of Navi. The game has a lot to offer, but still lacks in some areas. The Temples themselves, although great to look at, offer very little challenge in the puzzle aspect that the Zelda universe has been come to be known for. The Boss Battles themselves, although graphically amazing and aesthetically stunning, were seriously short and simple. However, the world itself is quite immersive and beautiful, while offering a great sense of combat control and a more unique weapon set than any game prior to this one (even if you still somehow use a slingshot as an adult, I mean, what gives?). All in all, it is a great game in the series, just not...the best.

One of the best Zelda titles, hands down.
I remember when this game first came out on the GameCube. Being a hardcore Zelda fan, I was extremely disappointed with the cell-shading style that Nintendo had decided to go with. It wasn't until years later, when my much younger cousin gave me the copy of his game for free, that I decided to even try the game out. I was astounded. The cell-shading, which had originally been the major turn-off for me, simply fit. That character development and the story was spectacular. Although many have complained about the sailing aspect, I found this to be one of the best features. There were more puzzles and side missions than most of the previous Zelda games (with the possible exception of Majora's Mask), and the score was easily the best one so far. The game that I had refused to play had become my second favorite Zelda game of the newer Zelda series (meaning Ocarina and up).
