So International buyer receives item that is verified and inspected by Ebay's International Shipping hub, passes inspection and item is forwarded on. She then attempts to clean the item after she receives it. Whatever she uses during the attempt to clean a Clay Pottery item, she complains that some of the staining has rubbed off onto her cloth and we are somehow responsible for her actions. Thus, we were rewarded with "Neutral" feedback.
