Waited a while and no show of the time so I queried with the seller on 4th June. They stated that they had some technical issues which prevented my order being processed but would be dispatched now that day. Still no show of item and since refunded without an explanation. Poor communication all round.

Took its time to arrive, did ask seller when I’d expect item but no reply, hence the neutral experience star, did post eventually on the 10th and then arrived quickly, but other wise happy with syrup… have tried and tasted is amazing… root beer flavour
