So, building and managing my eBay store means I get to serve amazing customers who enjoy my items every day which makes me very happy. Every time I receive a sale notification and start preparing the item, I always remember that my customers have entrusted me to provide a high-quality product in a timely manner. So, I'm obsessed with providing outstanding customer service that everyone who buys from Swag & Bling will remember as being special and memorable.

It's so much fun to receive gifts, especially when you're not expecting them, so I do my best to wrap the items beautifully. My goal is for my customers to feel like they're getting something special when they go to their mailbox. Unfortunately the lid to the palette was broken so now the front and back can’t hold it together much less closed. However the seller isn’t at fault. It was wrapped carefully and lock tight! So I believe it was broken in transit. Not the sellers fault. It got here very quickly and I love the palette. Thank you so much.

Thanks for letting me know that the palette arrived damaged and apologies for the issue. Since the palette was sealed from the manufacturer, we had no way to tell the item was damaged, despite my thorough wrapping, until you received it. So, I appreciate that you left positive feedback given the situation. I issued a full refund to you for the palette since it's difficult to use when broken and you shouldn't have to pay for an item that's not working as expected. Thanks again!

Where do I start? I misunderstood a listing and seller went above and beyond to help me when they didn’t have to. Their communication is top notch. I highly recommend this seller, probably the best seller on eBay with the best customer service and fast shipping.
