Our apologies for our packaging getting the better of you. Consider trying scissors rather than relying on your fingernails to open a package designed to protect your purchase traveling thousands of miles, in many vehicles, by many handlers, to get into your hands. If there is a next time, consider letting us know you don't want your item packaged that well. We will be glad to accommodate. We've plenty of other business to focus on. Of all the complaints... How unfortunate.
