I've been thrifting and collecting for 35 years. The first item I ever thrifted was a pair of $2 Levi's from a shop on Main Street in Columbia, MS. I loved the feeling of the find and the comfort of those jeans as they saw me off to college, spent time with me on creek banks, and witnessed big heartbreaks. I know that some people snub their noses at too much stuff, but I love collecting. I had just graduated from college when I got my first piece of Spode Blue Room, and talk about a lightning bolt! Since then, I've surrounded myself with pretty dishes of all kinds, so I know the joy of finding something special and surrounding oneself with cherished 'stuff.' I also have a thing for pretty, frilly, unusual, & cool things, too! A side note--it's a bonus when old things are made new again and again, hence the name of this little shop.
