I myself got my start in this business from a generous cigar shop owner. I have made a lot of memories in cigar shops. There are some things you can't buy online, like the smell of lingering cigars that have been smoked day in and day out, the area you sit in to smoke your pipes and cigars and joke with your buddies, argue points of view, complain about your job and wife, but mostly relax and enjoy your smoke with people you get to know well. These places are fading fast, but a pipe is still a pipe and a cigar is still a cigar. I am a guy that loves pipes and cigars along with the regular interaction with customers and old American culture. I love to help on whatever I can, and am always happy to hear from someone just starting as I am someone that has been into pipes a long time. Most of all It brings me great joy to hear that someone is happy with a pipe I refurbished. Smoking a pipe or a cigar is now what it was years ago. Take your time, light up a pipe, and say hello.
